Renato Montagner
Born in Venice, where he graduated in architecture. he has been engaged in various projects for outfitting ships, including the Crown Princess. In 1994 he went to California, where he lived and worked between Los Angeles and San Francisco. In 1995 he started working with Marc Sadler for Danese, on a protective clothing design, following its development in Korea. in 1997 together with Marc Sadler he established Venice bleach. He has worked in the sports field on designs for Nike, Salomon, Danese. He designed a collection of ski gloves for Benetton sportsystem. He produces designs for Aprilia, Albatros, Cassina, Faram, Foscarini, Moulinex, Tecno. Since 1998, together with Marc Sadler, he has been responsible for the interior decoration design of all TIM (telephone company) sales outlets. He alternates design and industrial design with the activity of architect, in which he has created residences in Geneva, Treviso, Venice and Padova. He is currently working on a new office chair and a multimedia project for New Balance.
